CNC Vertical Machining Center CNC Milling Machine

     The machining centre features X, Y, and Z axis control for its feed axes, and the spindle is driven by a servo motor.  It has a tool magazine capacity of 16-24 tools (optional).

     It can perform various machining operations such as drilling, milling, boring, reaming, tapping, etc., on complex parts such as discs, plates, housings, cams, and moulds in a single setup.  

    With its three-axis linear guide structure, it is suitable for single-piece and batch production of various complex parts across different industries.

     The programmed machining process shortens production cycles, resulting in significant economic benefits for the user.

     The VMC series vertical machining centre adopts a vertical frame layout, with the column fixed to the bed, and a structure where the spindle head moves up and down along the column (Z-axis), the saddle moves longitudinally along the bed (Y-axis), and the worktable moves transversely along the saddle (X-axis).
