The main body and components are made of honeycomb high-grade cast iron, which is artificially normalized by heat treatment and then naturally aged for more than 6 months. The components are processed by world-class equipment such as YASDA, MITSUI SEIKI, TOSHIBA, ELB, etc., and the precision size can reach micron level, ensuring the high precision of the basic components of the equipment.

The regulating wheel spindle is directly driven by a servo motor with a synchronous belt. When the outer diameter changes, the speed can be adjusted to achieve the best linear speed, ensuring the accuracy and finish of the workpiece.
