CK6150 CNC lathe is a semi-closed-loop control CNC lathe, the host adopts reinforced bed with integral foot, guide rail plasticized, ball screw drive; good dynamic characteristics, high precision, strong rigidity; protection adopts half/full closed protection, double sliding door.

1)Mechanical, electrical and hydraulic integration and modular design, reasonable layout, compact structure, pleasant operation and convenient maintenance.

2) It adopts reinforced bed and integral bed foot, guide rail plasticized, good rigidity and high machining precision.

3)The spindle adopts high-quality bearings and is equipped with external separate lubrication system. The screw bearing adopts high-precision paired screw special bearing with high precision and long service life.
 

APPLICATION

1. Machining of shafts and tubes below Φ275×850/1350/1850(mm); Maximum rotary diameter of bed Φ500mm.
2. Machining of shafts (or disks) with complex geometry, numerous dimensions and high precision requirements.
3. Processing cylindrical surface, conical surface, stepped surface, spherical surface and other rotating surface parts.
