The forge hammer is widely used for general forging works, such as drawing-out, upsetting, chiseling ,forge, welding, bending and twisting. It is also used for forge in open forge-model, but it can't be used for the closed forge- model, because the force stress in closed forge-model is too strong, and it may cause the hammer bar guide or the working cylinder damaged.

The air hammer is driven through the first-level belt transmission by the electric motor, with the of the crank and connecting rod machinery's working , changes the gyroscopic motion for piston's reciprocal motion. when piston lift upside or fall downside, the compressed air in compress air cylinder's is pressed in working cylinder's upside and downside, the control handle or the pedal lever, may obtain continuous strike or single strike.

Key Configurations

The machine body: Machine body is the main part of air hammer .it includes working cylinder, compression cylinder, working blocks and so on. Moreover, its transmission, operation, lubrication, cover systems are all on the body.
Transmission system: The transmission parts drives the motor doing rotary motion, with the movement of triangle belt, the crank, the link, turns the piston doing reciprocal motion.
Operation part: The operation part is mainly to turn on the air valve, to control the air assignment, to achieve the idle operation, the lifting hammer, the continuously strike, the single strike, pressing hammer and so on movements.
