Besides having dexterous and compact structure, artistic appearance, simple operation and high cfficiency, it is characterized by an automatic profiling device , a dependable clamping apparatus and adistinctive oilling system. Therefore, if adopting the threader, you would assure to prolong the life of dies, protect the pipe from deformation and slipping, and obtain ahigh quality standard taper pipe thread. It is an ideal machine for raising efficiency ensuring quality of projects and reducing labour intensity in pipe installation. It has been wrdely applied in installing and building industries.

Machine Feature

       The machine is mainly made of the high strength cast aluminium alloy and the qulity grey cast iron (HT20-40), so it is light in weight but strong in service. A die head, a reamer, and a cutter are on the carriage being moved along support bars, and a motor, a gear box and an oil pump are mounted inside the head.
