Highly rigid spindle unit structure
1.The sealed grease lubrication inside the spindle ensures high-speed and smooth operation of the spindle
2.The spindle motor adopts AC servo motor, stepless speed change, power 7.5KW,large torque output, wide range, high torque output at low
speed, suitable for heavy cutting.
Tool holder
12-station hydraulic tool holder, the tool holder can be interchanged in various positions of the cutterhead. The tool changing speed is fast
(the tool changing time is 0.25 seconds). Tool holder rotation repeat positioning accuracy 0.003mm
Tailstock
The machine tool adopts a standard hydraulic tailstock, and the movement of the tailstock body is driven by a hydraulic cylinder.
The tailstock guide rail is a high-precision wire gauge (Taiwan and grade precision), ensuring the best combination of machine tool feed
accuracy and rigidity.
Machine structure:
The bed is made of box-shaped structure and strong cast iron (HT-300), cast with one-piece molding casting technology, and completed with one-time clamping using a high-precision machining center.
