Material and properties of the spindle:Boring shaft and milling shaft are made of high quality nitride steel 38CrMoAlA through more than 40 processes

Bearing :The spindle components are standard with imported NSK bearings

Oil injection and lubrication of the boring shaft:The rotation and expansion movement of the boring shaft in the middle of the spindle requires oil lubrication

Slider: The slider is installed at the rear of the boring shaft as a driving structure connecting the pine knife cylinder seat and the screw nut seat to drive the front and rear movement of the boring shaft. Sliders are installed linear rail, linear bearing, or hard gauge
