By using a CNC boring machine and a CNC milling machine, you can work on large and heavy workpieces such as nachine beds, frames and housings in a particularly economic way. In just one set-up, lowering, turning, milling and drilling operations can be carried out on four sides. The modern CNC control with servo-axis drives is easy to program and allows to create complex contours and hole patterns.The table with long travels simplifies handling and can optionally be replaced by a controlled positionable rotary table.

 

Product Structure

This series ofhorizontal boring machines are optimized on the basis of tra ditional boring machines. The machine tool performs drilling, reaming boring,reaming,milling and threading under the condition of a fixture.At the same time the horizontal boring machine series are eguipped with a rotating plane rotating disc and the flat rotating disc enters radially when the slider rotates, and can cutlarge-sized boring holes, turning circles planes, and cutting.
